How much does AI consulting cost for a small business?

How long does an AI consulting engagement take?
A single coaching session is 30 to 60 minutes. A workflow audit takes about two weeks. Full setup projects typically run two to four weeks. Most clients have at least one AI workflow running in their business inside the first week.
Do I need technical skills to work with you?
No. The whole point is that you don't need to be technical — you just need to be willing to spend a few hours learning the tools you probably already pay for. I handle the configuration and prompt work; you handle the actual business.
Can you work with businesses outside Raleigh-Durham?
Yes. Most of my work is remote, across the US. In-person workshops are only inside the Triangle NC area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Pittsboro).
What size businesses do you work with?
Teams of 2 to 50 people. Solo operators, small professional service firms, contractors, medical offices, property managers, accountants, architects — basically any team where one person wearing multiple hats could get hours back per week.
