An AI afternoon that every attendee rated 10/10
A regional organization
Every leader left with a working AI setup.
A regional organization brought its entire leadership team together for a hands-on working session. The tools had arrived before the training, and the team needed a shared answer to two questions: what is this actually good for in our work, and what should never be pasted into it.
Impact I made
- Data guardrails first, before anyone typed a prompt - a green/yellow/red framework for what is safe to put into an AI tool, set by the people who define the norms everyone else follows.
- Each leader built their own reusable setup: a Project holding their standing instructions, a live data connection to information they actually work with, and a prompt tested against a real task from their own week.
- Built around their real work rather than delivered as a lecture - the test being whether people were still using it seven days later, not whether they nodded along on the day.
Outcome
- Every attendee rated the session 10/10.
- Executive and senior leadership training of this kind has reduced 4+ hours per week per attendee in manual work.
“Best afternoon of practical learning and application. Highly recommend and will be using him again. We brought our entire leadership team together for an AI Afternoon!”
