A2P 10DLC campaign builder

Answer a few questions about how your business collects SMS consent, and get a campaign description, a message flow with the proof a reviewer needs, sample messages, and a pre-submission checklist, all grounded in what actually got a real campaign rejected four times and what finally fixed it.

This is guidance, not legal advice, and it cannot promise approval. The carrier and your messaging provider each have their own reviewers, and they make the final decision.

How do people opt in? Select every way you actually use.

Nothing you type leaves your browser. Fields start filled with an example business so you can see a result right away.

      How this works

Every field below maps to something a 10DLC reviewer actually checks, based on a real registration that was rejected four times before a human reviewer named the exact problem, and the consent page that fixed it.

      Business name and website
Reviewers compare your legal name, address, and site across the brand registration, the campaign, and your website footer. Inconsistency reads as a red flag even when the business is real.
      Use case
Your sample messages get compared against the use case you registered. A promotional-sounding sample under a customer care campaign is a common, avoidable rejection.
How people opt in, and the public proof URL
This is the field that matters most. A reviewer verifies your consent process, they do not take your word for it. If you collect consent more than one way, for example a web form and a phone call, every method needs its own evidence, published at one URL a reviewer can open directly. A link to a page that then links to the proof adds a step, and steps get skipped.
      Privacy policy and terms URLs
Registration commonly fails without a public privacy policy that mentions SMS and states that phone numbers collected for messaging are not sold or shared for marketing. Many small business sites simply do not have one yet.
      Message frequency
Stated in plain words, for example "up to 4 messages per month," and it needs to match what you actually send.
Links or phone numbers in messages
This shapes the sample messages and the campaign description so what you submit matches what you actually intend to send.

      Frequently asked questions

Why do 10DLC campaigns get rejected?

Most rejections come from the Message Flow field. Reviewers need to verify how consent is collected, and a description is not verification. If you collect consent in more than one way, for example a web form and verbally over the phone, you need evidence for every method, not just one.

What should I put in the Message Flow field?

Put the verbatim consent language and a direct public URL where a reviewer can see it, written inline in the field itself. Do not link to a page that then links to the proof. Include every opt-in path you actually use, and if consent is ever collected verbally, write the script the caller hears, word for word.

Do I need a privacy policy to register a 10DLC campaign?

Yes, in practice. Registration commonly fails without a public privacy policy that addresses SMS, including a statement that phone numbers collected for messaging are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

How do I prove verbal SMS consent collected on a phone call?

Publish the required elements at a public URL: that a text will be sent, that message and data rates may apply, that frequency varies, and that the caller can reply STOP. Claim only that those elements are covered, not that an agent recites an exact script, unless it truly is pinned word for word on every call.

Will this tool get my campaign approved?

No tool can promise that. This one turns the causes named in a real rejection, and the consent page that fixed it, into a starting draft and a checklist. The carrier and your messaging provider each have their own reviewers, and they make the final call.
