What this calculator assumes
- AI reduces your time on task by the efficiency percentage you select. A 50% efficiency gain means a 1-hour task takes 30 minutes with AI.
- You are doing the task regularly — the weekly and yearly figures are projections, not guarantees.
- Your hourly rate is a proxy for the value of your time. Use your actual billing rate if you bill hourly.
- Time saved is counted as productive time recovered — it assumes you use that time productively.
