Every paid engagement includes a short pre-call (15–30 min depending on the track) so I can understand your specific situation, ask for any examples or materials I need, and walk into the actual session prepared. You don't pay extra for it. It's how I deliver value in 30–60 minutes that would otherwise take 2–3 sessions.
Fixed-price for everything above. You know the number before we start. Custom engagements are scoped up front into a fixed fee.
Both are in the Plan track. The Readiness Assessment is a 45-minute call plus a written report with your top 3 opportunities. The Workflow Audit is a two-week engagement where I go through your workflows in detail and produce an implementation roadmap. Assessment tells you what; Audit tells you exactly how.
Agencies usually charge $10K+ per month, require long contracts, and assign junior people to the actual work. I work directly with you, charge per engagement, and don't do anything we can't finish in weeks.
