Lead arrives
A homeowner submits an estimate request after business hours.
This is a fake HVAC business, but the workflow is the kind I build for local service companies: respond fast, qualify the lead, offer the next step, and give the owner a clean summary.
The setup
The owner gets form submissions, emails, and occasional texts after hours. By morning, some people have already called a competitor. This demo shows the first workflow I would install: fast reply, light qualification, booking handoff, and owner summary.
Workflow timeline
A homeowner submits an estimate request after business hours.
The agent confirms the request, asks qualifying questions, and sets expectations.
The customer shares ZIP code, system age, urgency, and best estimate window.
The business gets a clean summary and the next action before the lead goes cold.
Owner view
The owner does not read the whole conversation. They get the parts that matter.
New qualified HVAC estimate request. Customer expects confirmation tomorrow morning for a 2:00pm window.
Why this sells
Small businesses do not need to buy "AI transformation." They need the first useful workflow to work quietly in the background and make the next business day easier.
